What is reason? Password protection?

Dell 1545....did not get display...i think bios ic problem.so dry to changing...

Maybe LCD flat cable have problem.

My 5 cents

Replacing a bios chip o.n recent laptop requires uncommon skills... You need a professional soldering station, preferably a warm air s. s., anti-static devices and some confidence with SMD. I have done it several times and I can assure that it is not easy at all.
