Hello everyone

That’s a pwm controller ic in a smps board, used for fire alarm panel

Attached photos

The mosfet and the pwm ic is burned “ shorter” , and the ic not available in Local market, NCP1203 , is there any equivalent ic for this?, or I can use power module instead of mosfet and ic?

Here the power module I mean

Mainly it’s for TVs power supply, so how you think to use here?,

I would prefer equivalency ic, how you think?

Regards

It's a common SMPS controller function (current mode flyback) but with special features (built-in oscillator without external RC circuit). Unlikely to find a drop-in replacement. Industry standard controllers like UC3842 can be probably used with additional components and swapped pinout, not well suited for repair.

Also there's a certain risk that more components than only controller and switcher FET are damaged.
