JST-XH crimp incorrectly crimped to wire?

Hi,
Do you agree that this wire has been crimped incorrectly with a JST-XH crimp?
...at 3:07 you can see he didnt crimp the end of the insulation of the wire....so his crimping lacks strain relief, and is more likely to see his wire snap at the crimp?
 

It is wrong.
The insulation should only be stripped back about 1mm and the 'wings' nearest the fold in the crimp should grip the wire. The larger 'wings' at the wire entry end of the crimp should fold over the insulation. There should be no bare wire visible outside the tag body.
