jkeys definiton for M28W160ECT ???

I have a problem with jkeys (error erasing flash when trying to erase)!

The flash is M28W160ECT I've checked the pinouts and I think that the flash is write enabled! I even tried grounding pin 115 on the STI5518 for BSOD but same result.

Strange to me is that I can read from the flash but cannot write to it
with the new dump form another working receiver.

Another strange thing is that I can read out the segment example 7FE00000 to 7FF00000 and write it back without problems but if I slightly change the downloaded file I cannont write it back to flash.

Perhaps am I'm using false jkeys.def???

Thanks but it doesn't work with this settings,maybe there is a slight difference because this setting is for M28W160CT and I have M28W160(E)CT.

I've checked the flash status pin and it is not write protected. I can flash via rs232 and the default bootloader program but cannot flash it with jkeys via JTAG.

et tu clic sur "load to" sur fichier que je te donne unloc et puis tu clic "trigger user"

Try using the wall program before using the jkeys!
find in google wall 2.0 (wall.exe)

With wall it is only possible to write/read at 1FC00000 or 1FE00000 but I need to read/write at 7FF00000.
Someone can help?
