Issue with "wiggly" S11 parameter

Hello wonderful people,

So here is me simulating this antenna in CST:

The problem I keep getting is that when I run a parameter sweeper, let'S say on the thickness of the substrate, I get some wobbly S11 parameter although the mesh cells count is at 1.3 million. Here is an example of that:

I get some messages about a convergence error and stuff like that after taking a very long time compared to a normal simulation that returns normal results. I would like to know what I do wrong: sjould I increase the mesh numbers per wavelength? are there some modifications I need to do in the specials tab? Any input would be really appreciated.
