Hello everyone,
I am currently working on h bridge pure sin wave inverter project. I am using ir2110 to driver the mosfets. Can anyone tell me if i can isolate my arduino from the power cct using this driver by connecting arduino's ground to Vss and the power cct ground to COM. If not than how can i isolate the logic cct from power cct?

I don't think there's a lot of isolation from COM to VSS on the IR2110. You could use optoisolators.

Than why do we give 5V to Vdd. I would have to give 5V supply to optocoupler as well?
