is this proto board good for beginner

i have little knowladge about vhdl but i never progam cpld or fpga do you think this board is suitable for beginner

i want to learn how to progam (downloadm to ) fpgas and make simple things(impliment simple logic , simple FSM ) to learn vhdl

That fpga has 400,000 gates so there is pleny of resources to do a lot of things !
and the price is cheap!
