Is there any demo/example for 10/100/1000M ethernet communication with EP3C120?

Hi guys,

I'm now considering let my Cyclone III Dev Kit communicate with a PC through an ethernet connection. I've read the documentations for Altera triple speed ethernet megacore but still got little idea about the details in communication (e.g. how received data is stored in DDR2/Flash etc.), is there any example/demo design which can show me this?
