Hi,

I do not have a Sun SPARC workstation to run 0.18 TSMC Memory Compiler.
So, is there any 0.18u TSMC Memory Compiler for Linux or x86-64 platform?

I also have this problem. Seeing how to solve this.

Hi,
I could not solve it yet. I just use some previously provided Mem.

you can only use Solaris x86 from oracle.
also, you can run it through virtual machine like VMware.
I'm using solaris10.
