Interfacing Vector CANoe and visual studio

Hi,

I am trying to make a client-server communication establishment between vector canoe and visual studio 2013. CANoe(should be server) and VS 2013 (client). What ever messages i send from VS should be received and displayed in CANoe write window. I have trying from past 4 days. searched google also (i could only find interfacing matlab and canoe). Also, I am programming in VS using C#. and i am new to c#. Please help....!!!!!
