interfacing my dspic controlled stepper motor to PC

Hi All, I have designed a dspic30f2010 controlled stepper motor controller. I have to interface it to a Internet server, over the ethernet. How can i do it?

Do I need any serial to ethernet converter?
please cn smone help me
