DVI Ethernet Interface

I need to make an interface between DVI and ethernet using altera
if any can help answer me
DVI O/p 24 bit data ,Clk, Vsync,Hsync.
Ethernet 100 M

Not actually a clear question.

Do you mean, the DVI signal (originally serialized LVDS data) has been already decoded to parallel video data? Or do you mean,
the DVI signal represents 24 bit data+control?

How do you intend to represent the video data at the ethernet interface? The data rate is possibly much higher than 100 M
ethernet capacity (depending on the unsaid DVI resolution).

I mean the DVI signal As 24 bit (8 bit for every color R,G,B) , VSYNC and HSYNC

i need to display DVI signal to video panel through ethernet
