Input to eload must be isolated?

Hi,
Please confirm, a vendor tells us that we can put the output of say a 24V non isolated offline 240VAC flyback into the siglent 1030 eload.
Please confirm that this is wrong?...mains peak is 339V above earth so thats above the outputs 150V max.
This implies it shoudlnt be done?

Instrument datasheet and manual are missing specification of maximal voltage between chassis and output. Without it, it's not safe to apply higher value than 150 V maximal operation voltage.
