HV9911B chip useable for opto isolated flyback?

Hi,
Do you see any reason why the HV9911B can't be used as an TL431/OPTO-isolated Flyback SMPS controller?
Need Primary FET source current limit maximum of 0.1V and this looks settable to that.
Also, would connect the opto in common collector and get it to flow feedback loop current into a grounded resistor
which is also connected to the FDBK pin.
Why dont they suggest this chip for this kind of use?
