I am new to the Analog design world. Can anybody suggest a book on practical analog IC design. I request that the book must contain practical design issues.
Three classic Analog IC design books written by
Razavi, Allen and Gray.
you can search them in this forum.
Besides, the art of electronics;
Analog BiCMOS Design-Practices and Pitfalls by Jams and Denis
except that imho rezavi goes around in circles driving you mad. Allen is not good for low voltage design. Having said that I do have their books but hardly use it.

I can tell you from my experience with some"revolutionary ideas" that Razavi has published...they don't work in real life It's true for some of them..the cutting edge ones...
Going back to the books..a search on amazon will give you a 50 books collection for analog design..very good ones some of them
