what value of inductor can i use in pic micro controller vcc and Avcc pins, is using a series inductor safe whether i must use a freewheeling diode
please help thank you

I usually connecting 10uH coil series and 100nF capacitor parallely to GND but only to AVCC, VCC I connecting only 100nF capacitor parallely to GND.
And this coil you'll connect without freewheel diode
