Import touchstone file from HFSS into Ansoft Designer

I have troubles with import a touchstone file from HFSS into Ansoft Designer. While forming an n-data and seting the path for the s3p file just an 'Error in creating n-port data ' occures. I created the .s3p file frome the Solution data window in order to export S-parameters data from power divider model. Can someone explain me the exact steps in exporting and importing such kind of data?

To export from HFSS
After solving in HFSS, right click Analysis-> Setup. select Matrix data. Check the display all frequencies box and the S matrix box then click Export Matrix Data. name the file and choose the location.

To import to Designer
Project->Add Model->add Nport Model. select Import data under Mode. Browse to the file location and click ok.
under definitions in Project Manager drag the model onto your schematic.
