is there a way to display camera image streamly on computer
I'm trying to convert a simple camera into wireless camera and the output can be seen on computer, so right now, I need the basic idea on the logic, programming, and hardware if you guys can help
What is a simple camera?
What X/Y resolution?
What frame rate? Interlaced?
What color resolution?
With/without data compression?
What Rx/Tx speed?
What protocol?
***
The range is huge: from a black/white scanner with 256x256 pixels and a picture every 5 seconds up to 4k HDMI with 24bit color and 200 pictures/s.

1-Any kind of camera that got Video Output Jack (so that we can live stream directly on TV)
2-X/Y resolution? don't matter
3-Frame rate? 20fps - 35fps
4-colour resolution? i don't get it
5-without data compression to reduce cost (if possible)
6-well, i got my 2.4GHz transceiver with selectable UART baud rate (i don't know if i can use this or not)
7-Protocol? well, I don't know which one to use
A standard quality (none-HD) digital TV stream has something like 200 MBPS bit rate. You absolutely need compression to get down to a rate that can be handled e.g. by full speed USB ot 10/100 MBit ethernet. That's what usual webcams do.
well, i'm thinking on using MCU~PICF18/dsPIC30/33(if it capable to handle those data), if not, I might using raspberry pi to convert analog to digital signal

In case this helps, regarding the feasibility of video sources...
Digital camera... Mine is inexpensive. It sends a video signal to my tv (either digital or old-fashioned crt). The cable is a common coax type, to the yellow-colored jack. The tv shows the same image as the camera shows. I can playback from the camera's internal memory stick. Or, the camera sends live video.
My camera also has a usb jack. Normally it is used to transfer files to a computer. I have tried a patch cable to the usb jack on my digital tv. However I cannot get the tv to detect usb from the camera.
Webcam... This sends live video to a computer via usb. To view an image I need to open a program called 'Photo Booth' on my Mac. It brings in live video from the webcam.
I cannot get my digital tv to recognize usb from the webcam.
