I have an IGBT as given below
Capture.JPG

Rise time is 180 ns from 0 to 600V

Lets say my voltages are 250V and current 50A

will its rise time (180/600)*250 = 75 ns approx
Am I right?

Only if the rise time slope is independent of the collector voltage.

Even then, you have to take specifications with a grain of salt. The quotes specs have been tested under the specified conditions. If the collector current changes, if the gate drive changes, or other conditions change, then those quoted times may improve or worsen.
