this is not aneasy quesiton, now if we are talking about a bulb which radiates light due to heating an element, well, i believe that it will not have a sufficient time to cool down 50 times a second, it will cool a little bit which is almost un-noticable, a good prove for this argument, if you have a video camera, it will take 25 images per second, so if the bulb is really flashing, then at least half of the images taken by the camera must be black which is not really happening.ziyas said:if frequency of electric is 50 Hz, how many time flash lamps? 50 or 100
