IC that can measure the power factor of AC lines

Can anyone tell me about IC's that can measure the power factor of AC lines ..
I've found one from CIRRUS LOGIC ...
anything else?

power factor ic

Have a look at the circuit below ..
Instead of specil parts it uses common ICs ..
A brief description of this circuit you can find at:

Calculations of the power factor (VMcos[theta]/VM) can be done by any microcontroller with ADC .. not necessarily by ICL7106 chip ..
