ibis2subckt file conversion .ibs to .scs

Hi,
I am using s2ibis3,Java version of 1.4.2.
i used the following command to convert it from ibs to subckt.
{ ibis2subckt -in top.ibs -out top.scs -corner typ }
while converting into an ibs to scs i could not able to find the information for waveform generation but i can see the subckt , instance and an end of the subckt.
Please help out !..
