Do any of you guys know an information for interfacing 89S52 with external program (Flash ROM ) ?
The circuit and code for it ?

Refer 89S52 datasheet

MCS-51 devices have a separate address space for Program and Data Memory. Up to 64K
bytes each of external Program and Data Memory can be addressed.

I saw the circuit for 32Kb RAM, is it possible to expand to 64Kb RAM ?
