help me to
1. draw high frequency equilant
2.derive two pole solution voltage at high frequency .neglect Rd
3.determine mid band gain and high frequincy3db cutoff point

It definitely looks like homework. what are you planning to do at work if you can get your graduate degree? ask your colleagues to work in place of you? do it yourself, it is for your own good.

what are mosfet parameter?refer to this book:analysis and design of analog integrated circuit by GRAY MEYER HURST LEWIS(chap 7)

Gm=2mA/V Cgs and Cgd=3pf Cds=1pf
