I have a SMART-UPS RT 3000 and it happened a error and some transistors are burned and i can not see the numbers that are named the transistors.how can you help me.thank you:roll:

i think its IGBT...whats the PCB marking on it?

Ctrl+f and enter q715 in manual )
INV_OUT +400V 0.8V Q706, Q715, Q716 at least 1 part bad Q706 and
Q715/Q716 bad

It is IGBT. I dont have SURT3000. In APC SURT2000XLT IGBT- GP30B120KD-E
What type of Q705, Q718, Q717 ?
 
Q706 - gen4 IGBT UFST 600V 27A
Q715 - gen4 IGBT FST 900V 28A

for this case you can use HGTG10N120BND its 1200V, 35A...
