Hi everybody

i do my project wireless personnal area network for environmental monitoring using Xbee for wireless sensor node. now i got a problem with Xbee my brother was using this before then he gone TT. the problem is i cant connect Xbee to read or write
the message show that "Unable to connect with modem "
how should i do ?
what wrong with my Xbee ?
