i got error after debugging on lpc 2129 board using Keil uv 3(v3.62)+H-JTAG(0.60)+RDI

i am using lpc 2129 board using Keil uv 3(v3.62)+H-JTAG(0.60)in Auto download+RDI Interface driver .. i got the following errors after debugging in keil
