HSPICERF Out of memory problem

Hi,
I run hspicerf in RHEL4.0 to simulate a LNA design. But there is an error, it shows as follow:

Error: Out of memory (used = 1026.1 Mbytes, requested = 2048 Mbytes).

Error: Out of memory (used = 1026.1 Mbytes, requested = 2048 Mbytes).

My PC's memory is 1G, and swap space is 2G.

I know It is because of the OOM killer, but I don't know how to handle it.

Can someone give me some advice, please?
