I tried .option probe but it seems not working. It still dumps all nodes's waveform into the tr0 file. Please help on this, thanks. Added after 29 minutes: I found it it caused by .probe v(*). HSPICE probe all levels signals with this wildcard option. Any way to print only first level signals?
