how to ust FPGA to implement a microcomputer that can use for adder, subtractor ,multiplixer and divisor~~

Try NIOS II (32 bit soft core) from altera
Free and good document for starter

You can also select Xilinx Microblaze. And any other opensource microcontroller.

Hi,
Take a look at:

**broken link removed** :
Minimal 8-Bit CPU in VHDL - an (successful) attempt to fit an entire CPU into a 32 macrocell CPLD. Comes with source, assembler and simulator.

Has exactly what you are looking for. The others are full blown CPUs.

Hope you find it usefull,

/Farhad

u can get any CPU codes from net, verify that codes, modify it according to u requirement,
using any one FPGA software from XILINX or ALTERA
u undergo full design cycle and download it ur FPGA device, verify it...

then u will have a microcompter in ur FPGA

you can use nios or microblaze ,which are good choice

you can also write the HDL code youself

a VHDL source code for 8085...
