how to use shielding of POWERPCB hispeed ?

I need this function to shield some trace by GND(or other net),I wish when I router a net the GND trace auto to shield yhis trace
I setup it in design rules but it's seem not work.
I guess I do wrong, so I need help.

Are you using PADS POWERPCB to do this?
