How to simulate the CPW in ADS or HFSS?

We have made CPW based Amplifier.In wich we are using MMIC for Amplifier filtering capacitors.

But it is unstable & gives oscillation at 3.9 GHz. Wat may be the reason?When I simulated on ADS there was no oscillation at this freq.

Wat is the exact way to simulate the CPW in ADS or HFSS.

How should I define RF gnd. in practical Ckt.[/quote]
