How to setup Quartus so it works properly with Synplicity?

My quartus canot work correctly with synplicity.Can somebody tell me how to setting.

Can you describe your problems detailedly?
Whch product and which version synplicityyou are using? do you man synplify?
Are you using Quartus or QuartusII

I'm using Qu@rtusII4.0 and synplicity7.1 .After running ,it reports:
"Error: Can't launch Synplify synthesis tool -- make sure the path environment variable points to the location of synthesis tool"
My path enviroment variable is "SYNPLICITY_ROOTDIR D:\synplicity\Synplify_71\bin\"" QUARTUS_ROOTDIR D:\quartus"
If there is something else that I must concern about.

My english is not good enough ,and I wish the expression above is clearly enough.

Is this exactly what you've entered?

Just append to the "PATH" environment the synplify path to the "bin" directory...like "c:\synplicity\synplify\bin;"

But you need floating license to do batch synthesis from within Quartus...
