differential opamp

The full-differential opamp is often constructed by 4 resistor in a unit-gain buffer for testing, but what is the principle when select the resistor in testbench?
Thanks!

(R >> Zout) and (R << Zin) . If you know Zin and Zout: R ≈ √(Zin * Zout)
