how to read the via nd1via12 section code? what do they mean "LAYER M1; RECT" and " LAYER CUT12; RECT"?
if i want to double the wire width and route it, how should i change those values and code?

you can edit the file with any editor, LAYER M1; RECT is the m1 display mode, that is what are see in layout editor. detail information you can reference the specification
