I want to compare two 32 bits RCA
One is just normal 32 bits RCA and the other is 32 bits RCA with low power design using UPF

So when I synthesizing difference between two design just UPF?
Other things are all same?

Very vague questions. UPF by itself is not a technique. It is a way to describe power intent. See my answer from a few minutes ago to your other question
