I am using @DS simulation tool, i need to plot 'gm' for nmos transistor. I've plotted Ids_Vs_Vgs curve, but don't know how to plot 'gm' curve from that, is there any equation to plot 'gm' curve in @DS ?

its urgent please !!!

Re: ADS

I think there is a slope or a derivative function in it. Just use that on the graph, or simply Ids and you will have gm.

In Simulation-DC you can choose parameters-->in Device operating point level, choose "detailed", default is NONE. You will find gm in the simulation results, but there are something left to do before choose the exact transistor index which is involved in a multi-transistors circuit. Good luck!
