How to modelling the diode in Cadence Virtuoso?

diode cadence

Hi everyone, I am trying to simulate a circuit including a simple diode in it but it seems the parameter of the diode should be set properly. Does any one know how to do it if what I want is just a 0.7V Voltage difference and single-direction current? Thank you so much!
