hi,
i'm doing a final year project about NBTI.
and I don't know how to find the value of threshold voltage after stress using ezwave in eldo

also the graph is not changing even though i had already change the age of the pmos.
Could someone help me...

Could you amend your info with some values? Which stress? At which temperature? For how long?

well as you know the threshold voltage for normal pmos without degradation factor is -0.375V

so after I put an age for pmos which is age = 1 and stress the time for 10 years, and do the transient analysis ,
I don't know how to find the threshold voltage value in the graph using ezwave after the stress.

So could you help me to gives some clue on how to find the threshold voltage value in the graph?.
