How to learn practical circuit designing

i want to learn circuit designing so that i can design circuits related t IC's and other stuff by myself. i hav the base in electronics but still lacks in circuit designing

what to do????for learning practical circuit designing...... :?:

I think you should do as follows.
1. basic knowledge about common circuits.
2. SCH and PCB design method.
3. be familiar with typic digital IC.
4. It is very important to action quickly.

hi,
I think you should take some related classes to get the basic knowledge.
Then to find a topic, not too big and just do it!
The knowledge can be learned through text books, but not experience.
