how to import Orcad capture netlist in P-CAD

i have never used P-CAD

can anyone help me to import netlist from orcad capture to PCAD 2001

Orcad Capture Tools->Create Netlist->Other->Formatters: pcadnlt.dll -> OK

Optionally set "Netlist File" name.
This file you can imported in P-CAD.
