i am desiging a 3 bit flash adc ......... i have achieved the functionality, now i want to measure the dnl and inl but before that i need to fix the gain error( needed if i am mesuring dnl and inl by comparing my transfer function with the ideal transfer function of an adc)

i have heard about other methods also like histogram method and servo loop method.
i am working in hspice..........

i want to know
1) how to fix this gain error.( i read somewhere that i need to measure the ratio of the full scale ideal adc range to full scale range of my adc and then multiply the reference voltages with that ratio, i tried this way but was not able to fix the gain error)
2) which method should i use that works fine with hspice.
