How to fix Cadence relocation error ( after updating from RH 9 to SuSe10)

I update my OS from RH9 to SUSE 10
but cadence 5141 does't work

here is the errormesenge:

how can i fix it?

I had the same problem .Using export LD_ASSUME_KERNEL=2.4.1 solved it.

Suse 10 has problem with GLIBC library. I hope that it would be solved soon in next relase.
