How to explain how what offsetvoltage does to this curcuit.

Hello, I've got this curcuit. (see attachment)

It is is an temperature-application with a Voltage-follower Op-Amp and a Inverting Op-Amp with an offset voltage connected to the NON-inverting(+) output.

I have following equalation for the voltage output:

V_output = (Rf/Ri+1)*V_offset - (rf/Ri)*V_voltageDiode

I think I understand why (Rf/Ri+1)*V_offset is there, but what does (rf/Ri)*V_voltageDiode represent, and why is it included .

It's a term determining part of the output voltage.

You gave the answer yourself:
It is is an temperature-application
V_voltageDiode is the quantity to be measured by the circuit.

So generally when you are finding an output voltage of an inverting Op-amp w\ offset source connected to non-inverting input, the equation of the V_out will be, The V_offset - (R_f/R_i)* V in

where V_in is the input voltage to the inverting input on OP-amp?
