How to evaluate a 10-bit 80M SPS current-steering DAC

I have a 10-bit 80M SPS current-steering DAC which has been taped out and packaged yet.

However, I meet a little truble when I tried to evaluate it's performance.

In order to reduce the influence which comming from other devies, such as additional DSP or

ADC, I hope to find a signal generator which can offor a 10-bit digital parallel sine wave.

But i don't know which company might meet this requirement.

Can anybody give me some advise on digital wavefore generator and DAC evaluation ?

THS!

You might want to consider a DDS (digital data synthesizer), it could generate sinusoids with very good purity and high resolution. If you can't find one with an analog output, maybe you need to consider an FPGA or a ucontroller.
