How to do the OSC layout ?

yes. The circuit is a cascade style.

Now, i do not know the osc function and how to oscilation. Do you some paper or book about it?

My work is layout not circuit.

Hi,

For Oscillators, refer to Razavi for functionality. And Layout basics can be got from any of basic CMOS circuits. refer to P.Uyemura
