Can anyone tell me how to design a high accuracy oscillator accross PVT corners without external components or extra trimming pins?
Is that hard to implement?
Thanks a lot!!!

Re: About RC Oscillator

As the integrated components accuracy is bad, you need to get from the outside at least one physical accurate value. You could use a high frequency clock (derived from a xtal oscillator) and divide it to get the required frequency.
