I have Proteus 7.9 and the professor send us a .dsn file to open, but I get an error that says the file is too old to be open for this version of Isis.

How can I convert that file?
Can I at least know what is the appropriate version required for that file?

When you installed Proteus you had the option to install the converter files. (unticked by default) Yoy could reinstall Proteus with the file converter option ticked and you wont have this problem again.
