how to convert mif file to hex file??

I tried to open the mif file in quartus but the msg was: file contains no memory cell value
please help how to convert the mif file to hex file.
BTW: in the simulation the memory model reads correctly the mif file.

Added after 5 hours 3 minutes:

no help is needed, managed allready.
 

Quartus can convert it.

If converting so hard for you, PM your .mif for me.
