hii...
i have matlab, sysgen and xilinx ISE installed on my pc,,,

i have 2 files with m on is matlab file and another is simulink file,, i m confued how to convert it to vhdl code?

if possible give me detiled procedure...

thank you

Re: matlab to vhdl

if the simulink file has system generator blocks..then you can convert it to vhdl
if not then you have to build the system first in system generator...to be able to convert it to vhdl...

on the other hand, there's a tool called HDL coder that converts simulink models, stateflow charts and embedded matlab code to vhdl or verilog...but that's a whole different story!!
